And if you recall, there are still some hardened remnants in this building that could have influenced a whole new set of unsuspecting factors.

Ryan is a really important part of the story because he’s half Becca and half native. If the Butcher can figure out how to get their shit together and get the baby back, this could be the single best weapon they have against the Homelander. But the opposite. If the Homelander beats the kid, that would be awful because there are two Homelanders. It’s like a child’s drama with horrific stakes. It’s like Kramer vs. Kramer Meets Avengers: Endgame. So that’s going to be a really rich story going forward.
